Cancellation Policy
The Boho Sun requires a credit card to hold all appointments.
Your card information is securely stored with GlossGenius and is ONLY charged in the event of a late cancel or no show. Please bring your form of payment to your appointment, as we do not process payment through our booking system unless required by violation of this policy.
Why do we do this?
Because spray tanning requires preparation prior to the service, any cancellations less than 24 hours prior to the service drastically impair our ability to re-book your time slot. Most of our appointments are booked anywhere from 3-30 days in advance and when you book, your time is held just for you.
Spray tanning is not our hobby or side gig...it is our full-time profession and our livelihood. Therefore we sadly will not make any exceptions to this policy. If your schedule regularly changes or effects your ability to keep appointments, please don't hesitate to contact us at 619.616.1100 within a day or two (or even day of) your preferred date to see if we can get you in. If we have a spot...we will happily put you in there!
The Policy: Any cancellation less than 24 hours in advance of appointment time will be charged 50% of the scheduled service price. No call, no shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service price.
